Job Description
We are looking for a key player in infrastructure security and connected building safety, a Physical Security Engineer.
You will work on complex projects integrating video surveillance, intrusion sensors, radars, access control, and centralized supervision, at the intersection of physical security and IT systems.
Main missions:
- Ensure the design, deployment, and administration of security systems (video surveillance, access control, sensors, radars, alarm systems).
- Manage associated system architectures: servers, hypervisors, databases, backups, and supervision.
- Configure and maintain VMS (Genetec, Milestone, Teleste, etc.) and equipment (Axis, Hikvision, FLIR, Honeywell, Vanderbilt…).
- Administer central supervision and alarm systems (Centreon, AppVision, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.).
- Ensure technological watch and infrastructure upgrades to guarantee availability and performance.
- Participate in writing technical documents (test specifications, procedures, references).
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure coherent integration of equipment and network flows.
Qualifications
- Higher education (Bachelor, Master, DUT, BTS) in networks, systems or electronics / low current.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic security or BMS / infrastructure safety.
- Strong skills in:
- Video surveillance / VMS: Milestone, Genetec, Teleste, etc.
- Access control and alarm: Honeywell, Vanderbilt, Aritech…
- Sensors and radars: intrusion detection, laser, infrared, etc.
- IT systems: Windows Server, SQL, PowerShell, IP networks, supervision (Centreon).
- Ability to operate in critical and sensitive environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
