About the job

The KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for ordering civil law protective measures in case of child welfare endangerment as well as for adults in need of assistance. Your Tasks

Case management and expert clarification of facts for the procedural leading member

Conducting hearings

Taking minutes during hearings by the authority member

Independently drafting decisions

Preparing and participating in authority meetings with an advisory vote (including minute taking)

Your Profile

Studies in law, social work, social pedagogy, pedagogy, or psychology

Expertise in child and adult protection law or family law, preferably through practical experience at a KESB or family court and/or further training

Very good written expression and communication skills

Mentally resilient and assertive personality with a structured working style
