Our MTWIC Industrialization Team plays a central role in the efficient transfer of new products from development to series production. As an important interface between technical experts, production, and management, we are not only responsible for the implementation of demanding, interdisciplinary projects but also promote cross-departmental collaboration and drive continuous improvements in our manufacturing processes. To further strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual as Project Manager Industrialization (all genders, 100%) who wants to actively shape the future of our production landscape and advance sustainable projects in an international environment. In this role, you will: In this role, you will take over the leadership and coordination of industrialization projects and ensure an efficient transfer of new developments into series production: Management and implementation of industrialization services within the framework of production and company growth Close collaboration with development, production, marketing, and other key areas to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of products and components Representation of manufacturing-related concerns and efficiency criteria throughout the entire development process Application of lean principles and continuous optimization of production lines and assembly concepts for new products Definition of manufacturing processes and equipment requirements in coordination with technology and engineering Documentation of process and equipment qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) as well as ensuring all regulatory and quality requirements Creation and introduction of work instructions and training for production personnel Identification and pragmatic resolution of challenges within the project team considering technical requirements, cost-effectiveness, and company goals Promotion and implementation of process improvements as well as exchange of best practices within and between teams
