• the coordination and synchronization of cross-team activities within the Agile Release Train as well as with internal and external stakeholders
• the planning, execution, and follow-up of PI Plannings and making dependencies visible to find solutions together
• the continuous improvement across team and department boundaries and the further development of the organization as a whole
• the role as coach, facilitator, and change agent, in which you convey agile values and principles and strengthen the self-organization of teams
• modern management approaches such as OKRs or Lean Portfolio Management and their practical application

• with your experience as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or in a similar role in the context of scaled agility (e.g., SAFe)
• with your ability to connect people, promote communication, and make shared goals tangible
• with your understanding of organizational development, change management, and leadership in agile environments
• through your perspective beyond organizational boundaries and your sense for the big picture
• with your passion for sustainable solutions and a positive, vibrant team culture
• if you also bring experience with OKRs, Lean Portfolio Management, or agile scaling frameworks
