Does your heart beat for vocational education?
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- You support the vocational education management in everyday tasks and ensure that topics are prioritized, prepared, tracked, and completed
- You keep organization and administration clean: overviews, documentation, templates, filing, and standards are structured and up to date with you
- You plan and coordinate appointments, agreements, and recurring tasks – including deadline and quality checks
- You work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure that communication and handovers run smoothly
- You bring in your IT affinity: you simplify processes, use/document tools sensibly, and pragmatically drive digitalization and process optimization forward
- You support recruiting/onboarding activities and events related to vocational education (organization, communication, coordination)
- You take over the deputy role of the vocational education management if needed and ensure that daily business continues
We expect from you:
- An IT background (or very strong IT affinity) and enthusiasm for a role with organization & coordination
- A structured, reliable way of working – you love it when things run smoothly
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a professional approach to different stakeholders
- Enjoyment in working with young people and supporting them in a training environment
- Hands-on mentality: pragmatic, solution-oriented, you get involved and think along
- Willingness to take on deputy tasks and responsibility
- Very good German language skills
