WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

You take responsibility and set impulses: You advise our customers on their path to the digital future. You move confidently in production, assembly, as well as in the service environment – from sales to after-sales. You create solutions that are efficient, effective, and future-oriented. 
Your tasks 
  • You lead projects in a consulting role and develop high-quality solutions with our customers for demanding industrial issues. 
  • You actively take on business development: You maintain customer contacts, identify needs, generate projects, and support sales until contract conclusion. 
  • You reliably manage and coordinate partners, service providers, and internal teams. 
  • You analyze industry trends, develop new offerings, and strategically position our consulting services in the market. 
  • You work closely with marketing and sales teams, design campaigns – and ensure that our consulting remains visible and relevant.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

  • You have a completed degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, engineering).
  • You bring at least five years of professional experience in an industrial environment and ideally already in consulting. 
  • You are skilled in project management and have a certification (e.g., IPMA Level C, PMP, HERMES, or PRINCE2) or the willingness to obtain one. 
  • You lead workshops, conduct interviews with stakeholders, and convince with clear communication at all hierarchy levels. 
  • Your network opens doors, you generate leads, and reliably convert contacts into projects.
  • You are familiar with topics such as Lean, variant management, digital production, IoT, or predictive maintenance. 
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills. Willingness to travel within Switzerland is present.
