- Completed training in hospitality or business administration required.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, French is a plus.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and ideally PROTEL AIR.

Receptionist Late Shift
80% - 100% | Wilderswil
For our JUNGFRAU HOTEL in Wilderswil, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person immediately, temporarily until October 31, 2026.
Tasks to be done
- Various reception tasks (check-in, walk-in, telephone, mail, reservations)
- Guest care, advice, reception
- Mainly late shift from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm in continuous service
- Managing guest accounting PROTEL AIR
- Various administrative secretarial tasks as well as correspondence in D/E/F
What we expect from you
- Completed training in hospitality or commercial apprenticeship HGT
- Professional experience with a flair for sales & revenue
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and protel air are an advantage
- Reliable, resilient, solution- and team-oriented as well as socially competent
