WHAT YOU DO
- You are the contact person for our customers within our product support and act as the interface to development and consultants
 - You receive customer inquiries, analyze and classify them, and initiate the necessary measures
 - You record support requests for our solutions and handle them independently if possible or prepare them for development/consulting
 - You ensure that response and feedback times are met and monitor the progress of support requests
 
WHAT YOU BRING
- Business knowledge in the context of ERP systems, ideally with existing experience in 2nd level product support
 - Experience with ticketing systems and support processes
 - Very good understanding of business contexts in the trade sector
 - High level of customer orientation and service readiness
 - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical understanding
 - Open and communicative personality
 - Very high willingness to learn and quick comprehension
 - Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
 - Teamwork, reliability, and resilience
 - High self-motivation and perseverance when familiarizing yourself with new topics
