Tasks/Responsibilities
What you will achieve:
- Further development and implementation of the management system including intranet and system manual (quality, environmental, safety management, as well as opportunity and risk management) with a focus on digitalization and modern workflows
- Monitor context, requirements from stakeholders, standards, legal regulations, and derive the consequences for the management system in line with the company's direction
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, conducting, and analyzing audits as well as pursuing improvement measures at process and system levels and ensuring the relevant certification status
- Responsible for reporting to management on the process capability and performance of the management system and its further development
Competencies
You inspire us:
- Completed technical degree with relevant further training or technical apprenticeship with further training as a quality specialist
- Professional experience in quality, environmental, safety, or energy management with knowledge in business administration
- Experience in the establishment and development of quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001) as well as audits and certification
- Expertise in the development and digitalization of processes and their optimization in practice
- Conceptual strength, systematic-methodical approach, holistic thinking
- Good IT user knowledge (Office, SAP)
- Knowledge of German and English, Italian is an advantage
