Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our residents (m/f/d) in practical life skills
- Promoting the participation of our residents (m/f/d) in community and social life
- Building and maintaining social contacts and skills
- Conducting daily and weekly structured activities
- Creating individual assistance/overall plans and development reports
- Supporting clients in the area of institutions and authorities
- Building and developing a client-oriented network
- Documenting the services provided
- Independent organizational tasks
- Taking on tasks in the area of quality management
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions, overall/assistance plan discussions, and further training
Your Profile
- Completed studies in social work, psychology, or pedagogy (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) or training in educational services
- Experience working with people with severe and very severe mental illnesses and forensic clientele
- Appreciative attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Strong social skills and communication strength
- Independent and self-responsible working style
