Your Tasks
- Independent handling of personnel-related processes from entry to exit
- Preparation and implementation of personnel measures in compliance with legal and contractual regulations
- Close cooperation with hospital management, nursing management, and internal departments
- Support for individual personnel development measures in coordination with the recruiting and personnel development team
- Design and further development of cross-location HR processes
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration or commercial training with a focus on human resources
- Sound knowledge in personnel management – ideally with experience in healthcare
- Good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of HR systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and pronounced service orientation
