Tasks
- Planung und Durchführung von pflegerischen Tätigkeiten und Bezugspersonenarbeit.
- Leiten von Gruppenaktivitäten und Co-Leiten von Gruppentherapien.
- Unterstützung der Patientinnen und Patienten bei Alltagsbewältigung.
Skills
- Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH, idealerweise in Psychiatrie.
- Erfahrung in Bezugspersonenpflege und psychiatrischem Umfeld.
- Initiative, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeiten sind wichtig.

Your Tasks
- Planning and carrying out nursing activities and key worker duties
- Leading various group activities
- Co-leading group therapies with a psychotherapeutic focus
- Collaborating in enabling patients to independently manage everyday tasks
Your Profile
- Training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (preferably in psychiatry)
- Experience in key worker nursing and in the psychiatric environment
- Initiative, flexible and team-oriented personality with a pragmatic approach
- Interest in integrative treatment concepts
- Interest in intensive team collaboration
