Then our Product Management team wants to hear from you!
We are an ambitious, dynamic team responsible for developing various solutions for the Swiss financial center. As a Product Manager, you are part of the Product Management for the SIC payment platform and ensure that our systems are always available for banks in Switzerland and efficiently process millions of transactions every day.
In an interdisciplinary team and in interaction with internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to ensuring that Switzerland has globally leading solutions in payment processing and is advancing significantly towards "instant payments" in a contemporary manner.
These are your tasks
- You move within the banking community, develop viable solutions in working groups, and clearly communicate your own positions
- Design of functions as well as further development of existing solutions
- Creation of business concepts for strategic product development
- Support of IT teams in the development and implementation phase of products and product extensions in the role of Product Manager
- Preparation of decision-making bases around product developments for working groups and management
These are your qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of digital solutions in payments; preferably as a Product Manager. Specific knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, SIC, Instant Payments or ISO20022 is an advantage.
- Strong conceptual skills and enthusiasm for communicating designed solutions and driving implementation forward.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the talent to build consensus regarding solutions
- Good stakeholder management skills to promote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. French skills are an advantage
