Theater Casino Zug is the largest touring venue in Central Switzerland. National and international theater, music, and dance productions take place here. In addition, the venue is rented out for socio-cultural events, congresses, conferences, weddings, and events of all kinds.

Your training:

The apprenticeship to become an Event Specialist EFZ lasts 4 years. At Theater Casino Zug, you will be trained in the areas of stage technology, lighting, sound, and video. In the inter-company courses as well as at the TBZ Zurich, you will learn, among other things:

• Safety standards in event technology
• Planning and execution of productions and events
• Material management
• Use of special effects as well as conference and event technology

The work is varied and sometimes physically demanding. Irregular working hours, evening and weekend shifts are part of everyday professional life.

You bring with you:

• Good secondary school diploma
• Interest in technology, culture, and events
• Good computer skills; English skills are an advantage
• Good physical condition, resilience, and reliability
• Enjoyment of teamwork as well as dealing with guests and customers
• Open-minded, respectful attitude towards people of different cultures and nationalities
