You take responsibility for the overall planning and implementation of our marketing roadmap. In this role, you will play a decisive part in shaping and co-responsibly implementing measures to achieve our sales and participant targets.
- Responsible for developing and continuously improving the annual marketing plan for Fiction, Cinema, and Sports, as well as coordinating detailed planning
- Ensuring that all campaigns and measures are targeted and successfully executed
- Active participation in the management boards of the CPOs to promote information flow and coordinate strategic initiatives
- Effective allocation of resources to relevant projects and topics
- Precise budget allocation according to the approved roadmap
- Ensuring high quality of campaigns and continuous measurement of their success
- Leading the marketing team
- Completed training or studies in marketing, business administration, or a related field with many years of experience in marketing
- Extensive and successful experience in leading and managing marketing and business development projects in a commercial environment
- Ability to translate long-term visions into detailed action plans, as well as recognizing and utilizing current trends
- Negotiation skills in dealing with partners and customers
- Competence to develop creative and efficient marketing concepts, as well as the ability to think networked and correctly prioritize tasks
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop a small team
- Flexibility and quick adaptability to changing market conditions
- Creative and innovative ideas to improve marketing strategies
- Willingness to independently tackle operational challenges and practically implement solutions
