Job description:

Administrative support for our project and construction management:

Minute taking, correspondence, document management, construction administration

Support in the preparation of order confirmations and contracts for work

Managing the general invoicing workflow

Managing the construction accounting

What we expect from you:

Commercial training

Industry experience in architecture or engineering offices as well as knowledge of project processes in the construction industry

Helpfulness and independent, careful work

Customer-oriented personality with a sense of humor

Good user skills in MS Office applications, user knowledge in Messerli

Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
