About the job

•You identify and specify the market requirements for the solutions and conduct market and competitive analyses.
•You ensure that the technical specifications (including standards and norms) meet the market requirements and internal guidelines.
•You secure the profitability of the solution through cost-reducing measures, price optimization, revenue and profit increase in coordination with marketing.
•You ensure that the development of the solutions complies with our gate process and prepare reports for the steering committee.
•You manage the budget for the development of the solution.
•You coordinate with the technical manager responsible for the technical implementation of the solution.
•You work out contractual documents in collaboration with the legal department and the relevant functions.
•You actively interact with the supply chain manager to optimize purchasing negotiations.

•You have a technical education (e.g., electrical engineering, energy technology, building technology).
•Further training in business administration is an advantage.
•You have experience in the field of Energy Management System (EMS).
•You have a holistic, quick comprehension and work independently and structured.
•You have experience in product management or sales of technical products or solutions, preferably in the field of energy technology.
•You speak fluent German; knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
