Job Description
- Perform physiotherapeutic treatments in the outpatient orthopedic area
- Create individual therapy plans and document the therapy progress
- Guide and supervise patients in medical training therapy (MTT)
- Close collaboration with doctors, therapists, and nursing staff
- Support the further development of internal processes and therapy offerings
- Active participation in team and case discussions
- Care and advice for patients regarding self-exercises and health promotion
- Work locations: approx. 30% inpatient at Rosenklinik in Rapperswil, 50-70% outpatient at Physiofit Grünfeld in Jona
Qualifications
- Completed training as a physiotherapist (SRK recognition required for foreign diplomas)
- Experience in orthopedic physiotherapy
- Knowledge in medical training therapy (MTT)
- Didactic training for internship supervision is an advantage
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Customer-oriented thinking and high social competence
