We are looking for a:
Director of UAPE and school restaurant at 80%
Your main tasks:
- organize, plan and manage the activities of the care structure
- ensure caring and stimulating supervision of children aged 4 to 10
- manage, supervise and motivate a competent and committed multidisciplinary team
- develop and implement a quality educational project
- work closely with parents, the municipality, schools and local partners.
- manage the budget, schedules and ensure compliance with legal standards
The profile we are looking for:
- degree in early childhood education ES or equivalent training
- CAS in team management or equivalent training
- successful experience in managing and supervising a team
- excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and participative leadership
- clear educational vision focused on child development
- proficiency in common computer tools and good organizational skills
