Your tasks
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- General administrative and office work
- Recording of deadline extension requests
- Recording of new registrations
- Recording incoming tax returns as well as rescanning of notifications and documents and forwarding them
- Creating evaluations and statistics
- Making mutations
Your profile
- Commercial or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Flair for administrative work and good knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Precise, reliable and efficient way of working
- Discretion, loyalty and collegiality
