To strengthen our secretariat in the area of legal entities, we are looking for a:

• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• General administrative and office work
• Recording of deadline extension requests
• Recording of new registrations
• Recording incoming tax returns as well as rescanning of notifications and documents and forwarding them
• Creating evaluations and statistics
• Making mutations

• Commercial or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Flair for administrative work and good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• Precise, reliable and efficient way of working
• Discretion, loyalty and collegiality
