The RSSV brings together home care services, guardianships, and two nursing homes in the Veveyse district. It works for quality, humane care adapted to the needs of the population, while adapting to the current and future challenges of the health-social sector. From January 1, 2026, it will welcome the 3 social services of the 9 municipalities of the district. Are you a dynamic person, able to find concrete solutions to daily challenges? Mission
Within the scope of your responsibilities (30%), you will lead the integration of the three municipal social services within the RSSV from January 2026. With your team, you will ensure accessible and quality social services for all those in need, ensuring the relevance and adequacy of services according to the new cantonal social assistance law (LASoc). You will also be the reference person for the implementation of the family counter (LPCFam). At the same time, you will devote 50% of your activity to the direct follow-up of beneficiaries in your role as social worker, allowing you to stay close to the field and the realities of users. Main activities
- Lead the adaptation of the service to the new cantonal social assistance law (LASoc).
- Manage and unite the team, ensuring harmonization of practices, commitment, and development.
- Guarantee the quality and relevance of social services offered to the population.
- Ensure the monitoring of human and financial resources (staffing and budget).
- Define, in collaboration with General Management, clear short, medium, and long-term objectives for the service.
- Actively contribute to structuring projects, notably the implementation of the family counter
- Directly support beneficiaries in your role as social worker. Desired profile
- Holder of a Bachelor HES in Social Work (Social Service orientation) or an equivalent diploma
- Confirmed professional experience in a similar role, with team leadership.
- Advanced continuing education in management, team management, or public administration is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss social and health system, public policies, and cantonal arrangements.
- Ability to work in a network with various partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
- Rigour, solution orientation, and pragmatism
- Ease with administrative tasks and budget management
- Knowledge of public administration functioning is an asset
