To complete its team, the General Management is advertising a position for its legal department:
Administrative Employee - Legal Department
Your mission
Autonomously ensure, supporting the claims manager, the administrative tasks related to the handling of accidents and claims, guaranteeing quality service and compliance with internal procedures. Ensure the follow-up of complaints and reports of denunciation and contribute to the routine administrative activities of the department.
Your main responsibilities
• Ensure the complete administrative follow-up of accident and claim files, from collecting documents to forwarding files to the liability insurer,
• handle telephone reception within the framework of claims management,
• ensure the administrative follow-up of complaints and denunciation reports,
• participate in internal and cross-functional working sessions related to claims management to analyze needs, identify common issues, and propose improvement actions regarding procedures,
• ensure compliance with and application of the relevant regulations within your area of expertise.
Your profile
• Holder of a commercial CFC or equivalent,
• minimum 5 years of experience in a company, with strong interpersonal and listening skills in managing conflict situations,
• desired experience in a legal department, claims management department, or insurance company,
• experience in handling and managing compensation claims is an asset,
• good knowledge (or strong interest) in the network, as well as in the organization and operation of the company,
• mastery of common IT tools, with the ability to adapt and learn specific tools, knowledge of billing tools and especially S/4 Hana is an asset,
• autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a team,
• rigor, analytical sense, and organization,
• excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, listening, ease in communication, including in sensitive contexts,
• strong writing and spelling skills.
