Your tasks include:
- Leading and coaching a small team (4-5 employees)
- Planning production orders in cooperation with production planning and scheduling
- Setting up assembly and welding systems and performing service work on these machines
- Active assistance in daily business
- Manual assembly of assemblies for the metal and electrical industry
- Compliance with quality and deadline requirements
Our requirements are:
- Completed technical basic training as a production mechanic or similar training in the metal sector
- Affinity for setting up assembly machines
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Reliable, conscientious, and team-oriented personality
