Job Description

Your missions

• You will report directly to the head of the Operations department.
• You lead and supervise autonomously and participatively a group of about twenty employees
• You manage all activities and optimize the efficiency of the shipping service
• You ensure the operational management of the team to always have competent and motivated staff
• You will participate in process improvement projects
• You guarantee smooth information transmission with the various services and departments
• You occasionally replace the group managers for preparation and transport
• You easily adapt to schedule changes when necessary

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Following your basic training in logistics (CFC), you have enhanced your knowledge with advanced courses and developed your management skills
• You have several rich years of experience in a similar position
• Dynamic, flexible, versatile, and stress-resistant person
• Developed team spirit
• Good listening skills and interpersonal skills, allowing very good relational capacity with interlocutors
• You have a strong sense of management and a developed team spirit
• Comfortable with operational processes and common IT tools (ERP, Office, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of French, facilitating the completion of basic administrative tasks
