At KZU Competence Center for Care and Health, people and their needs are at the center. For our Technical Service and Gardening departments, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality who ensures smooth operations at our four locations.
- Leadership, promotion, and deployment planning of employees in Technical Service and Area Gardeners
- Ensuring smooth processes and continuous quality control in the area of responsibility
- Planning, project management, and documentation of technical facilities in care centers and care apartments
- Co-responsibility for renovation and construction projects as well as advising the construction commission
- Creation and implementation of guidelines, processes, and goals in projects
- Responsibility for the budget
- Preparation of energy consumption statements and monitoring of resource management
- Coordination of external service providers and support of external customers
- Function as area safety officer
- Completed further training as a certified maintenance manager, facility management manager with federal diploma, technical clerk with federal certificate, or a similar higher professional education
- Leadership training and ideally experience as a vocational trainer
- Several years of experience in the technical or craft sector, ideally in a similar role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- High service orientation
- Flexible and resilient personality with high personal responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B, own car advantageous

KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
