The curative education day school of the visoparents foundation is a special school type B recognized by the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich. We educate children and adolescents of all school levels with severe multiple disabilities.
Do you cook with heart and meaning? If you want to help create an enjoyable school day with us, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement
These are your tasks
- You plan varied and balanced menus for around 15 students and prepare lunch for 20–25 employees.
- You are responsible for calculation, budget planning, purchasing, and proper storage of food.
- You ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and take care of cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment as well as washing the dishes.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a cook EFZ, ideally with further training as a diet cook or solid knowledge in dietetics.
- You bring several years of professional experience, preferably in a social or educational institution.
- You are used to working independently, solution-oriented, and responsibly.
- You keep an overview and a smile even in hectic moments, are team-oriented, communicative, and humorous.
