Your tasks

Overall management of the department through professional leadership of around 6 employees and apprentices as well as economic handling to meet the agreed target and guideline values
Ensuring and maintaining a powerful and efficient organization including flawless repair and service performance
Support and coordination of specialist concerns between service advisors and the workshop
Maintaining customer/supplier relationships through personal contacts as well as acquiring new customers
Promoting the further development of the subordinate employees
Continuous process optimization regarding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and capacity planning
Planning and sale of own bodywork

Your profile

Completed training in the field of bodywork as well as commercial further education (qualification as workshop coordinator or training as master craftsman is an advantage)
Several years of professional experience in bodywork
Communicative manager with experience as well as high customer and employee orientation
High social competence, willingness to perform, flexibility, and organizational skills
Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
Good German skills in spoken and written form and a valid category B driving license complete your profile, category C/CE driving license is an advantage
Willingness to further develop
