Job Description
- Performance control and billing of outpatient invoices according to Tardoc
- Clarifications with service providers
- Data entry and data correction in the clinic and administration system
- Written and telephone contact with patients and service providers
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nursing service, reception, secretariats, and financial accounting
- Processing of rejections and inquiries
- Management of dunning within patient administration
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in healthcare
- Solid knowledge of the Tarmed/Tardoc tariff system is an advantage
- Experience in accounts receivable management is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Notes)
- Knowledge of Opale and Curamed is an advantage
- Resilient and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented work
- Neat and confident appearance
- Fluent German
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
