<ul><li>Responsibility, control, and support of monthly payroll processing including year-end tasks</li><li>Processing of accident and illness notifications, EO absences, and family allowances</li><li>Billing and reconciliation of social insurances and withholding tax</li><li>Management and verification of working hours as well as clarification of deviations</li><li>Preparation and support of new employees when joining the company</li><li>Recording and maintenance of personnel data in HR systems</li><li>First point of contact for employees on personnel-related matters (working hours, absences, contracts, and social insurances)</li><li>Handling of personnel administration (e.g., contracts, certificates, changes)</li><li>Participation in the recruitment process</li></ul>
You bring with you
<ul><li>Commercial training and further education in Human Resources Management (HR clerk or HR specialist, etc.)</li><li>Experience in HR administration</li><li>Structured, independent, and reliable working style</li><li>Confident handling of MS Office and ideally HR software</li><li>Strong communication skills and discretion</li></ul>
