What you can achieve
- Coordination and operational collaboration in endpoint and service management including communication of release updates
- Organization and execution of procurements as well as repairs according to life-cycle management
- Creation, conclusion, and monitoring of internal and external service and operation level agreements
- Organization and execution of first and second level support (incident and problem management)
- Introduction of standards, methods, and tools for service management
- Organization and execution of life-cycle management of end-user devices
- Organization and execution of stakeholder management
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ as well as further education as business informatics specialist, ICT service manager (ITIL) or similar
- Solid professional experience in the above-mentioned area of activity
- High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced communication skills
- Friendly, team-oriented, and helpful personality
- Enjoyment of independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for on-call duty 7x24h (alternating approx. every 7 weeks)
- Driver's license category B available
