Job Description
By arrangement, we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef 100%
In this exciting position, you are an important part of our kitchen team and ensure daily that our guests are culinary delighted – with passion, quality, and an eye for detail.
- At front cooking, you are a competent and warm contact person for our guests – with a fine sense for advice, sales, and hospitality
- You coordinate and support the processes in all kitchen areas – flexible, solution-oriented, and with high personal responsibility
- The ordering of the required goods is done by you proactively and in close coordination with the head chef
- You take on co-responsibility for inventory management and ensure order, cost-effectiveness, and a smooth flow of goods
- You ensure that our quality and hygiene standards are always met and continuously optimize processes
- In the development and implementation of new dishes and menus, you work creatively with the head chef and the F&B manager
- You work closely with the head chef and the F&B manager and independently and reliably lead the kitchen in their absence
- You lead, train, and develop employees in your department – as a role model regarding quality, safety, and our brand values
Qualifications
- You have a completed training as a cook EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the kitchen – ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector with front cooking – make you confident in your actions
- Leadership experience distinguishes you
- You are professionally confident – you feel at home both in classical and modern cuisine
- You work organized, think ahead, and place value on quality and smooth processes
- As a team player, you motivate your colleagues and take responsibility with joy
- Even in hectic moments, you keep a cool head and work solution-oriented
