Spitex Zürichsee ensures individual and professional care, support, and assistance at home as a public nonprofit organization with around 150 employees on behalf of the municipalities of Erlenbach, Herrliberg, Meilen, Uetikon am See, and Männedorf.

Head of Human Resources 50% - 80% (a)
With us, you will shape the Human Resources (HR) department with a noticeable impact in the region. You will lead a small, efficient team and contribute to ensuring that our employees find optimal conditions for sustainable care and support at home.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for HR processes from A to Z: recruiting, onboarding, development, exits
- Leadership and further development of the HR team (two employees; payroll with partner organization)
- Operational involvement in daily HR business
- Advising management, department and team leaders, as well as the board on labor law, organizational, and personnel policy matters
- Ensuring HR processes and standards, including HR controlling and health and absence management
- Maintaining contractual and legal foundations
Your profile:
- Operational experience as an HR specialist, HR business partner, or HR manager, ideally in healthcare
- HR professional certificate, HR manager exam, or equivalent, with solid knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Hands-on mentality, service-oriented, and diplomatic assertiveness
- Proficient with HR systems (Abacus) and MS Office
- Flair for effective, efficient, and digital processes
