Your new tasks
- Independent handling of demanding and complex projects in the environment of smart buildings and infrastructure
- You are interested in finding the best possible solutions for the project and the involved stakeholders
- You lead a team of several sub-project managers and/or project staff, often in cross-regional teams
- You communicate clearly and appropriately to the target audience with internal and external stakeholders, even in a demanding project environment
- You have financial, scheduling, and methodological project responsibility
- In addition, you coordinate collaboration with customers, suppliers, and other contacts
Your talents and experience
- You have a higher education degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience as a project manager and corresponding certification according to IPMA Level C or similar
- Communicative personality with a passion for leadership
- Knowledge in a core area of Smart Infrastructure (building automation, building management systems, security systems and/or fire alarm systems) is an advantage
- You are familiar with different project management methods or are eager to develop further in this area
- Negotiation skills, reliability, and independent working style
- Very good German skills spoken and written, English skills spoken are an advantage
- Residence ideally in the greater Zurich, Basel, or Bern area
