What you can achieve
- Support project managers and management in structuring and administratively handling projects as well as monitoring deadlines, work packages, and pending tasks
- Creation and coordination of project-related communication and correspondence as well as preparation and monitoring of upcoming invoices
- Coordination of completed orders with the central invoicing office
- Prepare project reporting and process financial data
- Create offers in SAP
- Create and maintain project structures in SAP (entire lifecycle) on behalf of the person responsible for the order/project manager
- Transparent, efficient, and correct representation of contracts/orders in SAP
- Maintain SAP data records in PS and SD until technical completion
- Representation and maintenance of preliminary planning based on sales planning in SAP
- Technical advice to the persons responsible for orders/project managers for the representation of projects and orders in SAP
- Provide customer-specific evaluations
