Your tasks
- Accompanying the residents in their daily life and their personal competence development
- Designing and implementing the internal daily structure
- Planning and conducting leisure activities
- Support with daily personal hygiene
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist caregiver or as a
specialist health professional, nursing specialist DN 1 or equivalent - Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
