Pharmaceutical Specialist Sterile Filling – Night Shift Filling Line V

To manage planned capacity increases, a permanent night shift (Monday to Friday, 10:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.) is currently being established, in the development and establishment of which you will actively participate. The start of this night shift will take place after a thorough training phase of about 12 months in the existing shift model (2-shift operation, Monday to Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m.).

In this position, you report directly to the night shift group leader.

In your role as a Pharmaceutical Specialist, you are an indispensable part of our permanent night shift production team and actively contribute to the manufacture of vital sterile medicines. Your tasks are diverse, responsible, and technically demanding:

Your tasks essentially include:

• Working in the cleanroom: You operate in a highly controlled environment and ensure the sterile filling of our medicines while adhering to the strictest hygiene requirements.

• Operating and monitoring production equipment: You control automated processes, perform format changes, and ensure that all procedures run efficiently and safely.

• You carefully prepare the required materials and equipment.

• GMP-compliant work: You consistently ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and hygiene regulations according to GMP.

• You conduct regular inspections and document all production steps precisely and traceably.

• You are responsible for cleaning the production equipment and cleanrooms.

• You support the maintenance of production equipment and contribute to long-term operational safety.

• Participation in the development and optimization of processes: You assist the group leader in creating and further developing workflows in the area of aseptic filling – with the goal of continuously improving efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

You are a responsible individual with a high quality standard and a strong team spirit. In addition, you bring the following:

• Participation in the development and optimization of processes: You assist the group leader in creating and further developing workflows in the area of aseptic filling – with the goal of continuously improving efficiency and quality.

• Completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or technical field

• Ideally professional experience in a production environment – you know the processes in a GMP-regulated operation and understand what is important in the manufacture of sensitive products.

• Reliability and accuracy – you work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and always act with quality awareness.

• Teamwork and initiative – you actively contribute to the team, communicate openly, and help create a positive working atmosphere with your commitment.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn – you adapt to changing requirements and are open to new processes and technologies.

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form.

• Confident PC skills – you routinely use digital systems in everyday production.
