Our 114,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.</div><div><div>Abbott Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) is looking for aCompliance & Complaints Specialistfor its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.</div></div>Primary Job Function:<ul><li>The Complaints and Compliance Specialist is responsible for establishing and executing compliance activities based on internal and external requirements such as financial and quality audits within Supply Chain Operations.</li><li>This position is responsible for effectively managing the information and tracking resolution of all distribution complaints raised by affiliates, external customers and distributors.</li><li>Partner with quality and financial organization with policies creation, audit preparation, execution and complaints management.</li><li>Ensure full compliance of supply chain activities related to APO AG.</li></ul>Core Job Responsibilities:Audits and Compliance:<ul><li>Preparation of and active participation in internal and external audits (quality, safety, financial) and track/implement corrective actions.</li><li>First point of contact for internal and external audits related to the Supply Chain execution activities.</li><li>Ensure company operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance issues.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-compliance.</li><li>Work hand in hand with quality and finance on daily basis, to ensure full compliance.</li></ul>Complaint Management:<ul><li>Receive, document, and investigate distribution complaints.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve complaints in a timely manner.</li><li>Track resolution actions.</li><li>Communicate findings and resolutions to customers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain documentation related to complaints and compliance activities.</li><li>Generate reports for senior management, including trending to support review meetings with suppliers and logistic providers.</li><li>Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and accessible.</li><li>Train employees on compliance and complaints.</li></ul>Minimum Experience / Training Required:Experience/Training <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Quality Management).</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Experience in Supply Chain operations.</li><li>Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and financial landscape.</li><li>Project management demonstrated expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems as SAP ECC and strong domain on MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power BI, etc)</li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong influencing skills to levels up and down as well as cross functional.</li><li>Effectively work on multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously, Ability to arbitrate priorities.</li><li>Agility.
