Job Description

As an ICUS, you play a key role in organizing and managing care activities within the rehabilitation clinic.

In this capacity, you:

• Actively participate in managing the care team (planning, supervision, support of staff, priority management).
• Ensure the smoothness, quality, and reliability of information transmitted within the establishment and among the various actors involved in patient care.
• Guarantee the efficiency of patient care by ensuring optimal organization of resources and appropriate distribution of workload.
• Ensure the quality and safety of care, in compliance with standards, protocols, and institutional requirements.
• Contribute to the development, optimization, and harmonization of care processes.
• Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support teams on the ground and intervene in complex situations.
• Promote a positive work climate and a constructive team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
• Proven experience in team management
• Management training (or ongoing) is an asset
• Good understanding of organizational and financial challenges in the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and handle complex situations
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
