Indeed, rehabilitation doctors collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, composed of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, speech therapists, sports instructors, and a dietitian. Job Description
As an ICUS, you play a key role in organizing and managing care activities within the rehabilitation clinic.
In this capacity, you:
- Actively participate in managing the care team (planning, supervision, support of staff, priority management).
- Ensure the smoothness, quality, and reliability of information transmitted within the establishment and among the various actors involved in patient care.
- Guarantee the efficiency of patient care by ensuring optimal organization of resources and appropriate distribution of workload.
- Ensure the quality and safety of care, in compliance with standards, protocols, and institutional requirements.
- Contribute to the development, optimization, and harmonization of care processes.
- Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support teams on the ground and intervene in complex situations.
- Promote a positive work climate and a constructive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
- Proven experience in team management
- Management training (or ongoing) is an asset
- Good understanding of organizational and financial challenges in the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and handle complex situations
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
