Job Description

Talan Switzerland continues its growth in the Salesforce universe and wishes to structure its approach around an expert profile. We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect capable of leading the implementation of Salesforce, advising our clients on technological and functional choices, and playing a key role in pre-sales phases. 

🎯 Your missions 

• Design Salesforce architectures aligned with business needs and technical constraints. 

• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions. 

• Define integration and development standards. 

• Participate in pre-sales phases: qualification, proposal writing, presentation. 

• Collaborate with sales teams to respond to tenders. 

• Propose adapted and high value-added implementation scenarios. 

• Identify standard or customized Salesforce solutions according to client contexts. 

• Ensure consistency with Salesforce strategy and market best practices. 

• Write technical documents: architecture diagrams, files, interface contracts. 

• Monitor the evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem (AI, Agentforce…). 

• Anticipate innovation opportunities and enrich the Talan Switzerland offer. 

• Support technical teams in implementing solutions. 

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture. 

• Mastery of several clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Mulesoft… 

• Expertise: Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP API… 

• Ability to structure and document complex architectures. 

• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills. 

• Proactivity and business sense. 

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory. 

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA) are valued. 

• Good knowledge of Agile environments.
