During a volunteering period, you have the opportunity to get to know the exciting and diverse tasks of the service area up close and gain first experiences in an internationally known company.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Performing professional service while observing quality standards
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
- Supporting the supervisor in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation
- Setting tables and performing mise en place
- Successfully completed secondary school diploma or high school diploma
- Ideally practical experience through internships or part-time jobs
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to perform
- A charming, fresh, and warm demeanor, as well as a neat appearance
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
