IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager for our IT department.
As part of this position, your main tasks will be:
- Lead and coordinate technical projects from the design phase to delivery, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
- Work closely with development or infrastructure teams to ensure the proper execution of technical projects
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications, in collaboration with development or infrastructure teams
- Ensure communication between technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to guarantee alignment and understanding of objectives
- Monitor and manage risks, identify potential obstacles, and propose solutions to overcome them
- Manage project resources, including assignments, workload, and task organization to optimize productivity.
- Supervise testing and validation phases to ensure that technical deliverables meet defined requirements
- Implement and monitor performance indicators to measure project progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Ensure complete and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization
Your profile:
- Master's degree or HEG diploma in computer science complemented by a project management diploma
- At least 10 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, with expertise in software development or IT infrastructure management
- Strong project management skills with mastery of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Good understanding of technical architectures, software development cycles, or IT infrastructures
- Excellent ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Proven skills in risk management and technical problem solving
- Good knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and collaboration platforms
- Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and anticipate business needs
- Native French speaker with a very good level of English (C1). Knowledge of German is an asset
