CRS Health Assistants at 50-100%

In order to strengthen our Care team at the Les Jasmins Residence in Chalais, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for

CRS Health Assistants at 50-100%

Your main tasks:

• you supervise and assist residents with daily life activities
• you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
• you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of residents
• you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team

Your profile:

• you have completed training as a Red Cross health assistant or an equivalent qualification
• you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar structure
• you have a clear interest in elderly people
• you have a great capacity to adapt and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
• you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
