To strengthen our reception secretariat at the headquarters in Aarau, we are looking for a motivated personality as an intern in the secretariat for the practical year of the business school starting summer 2026.
Your tasks
- You manage the reception and telephone switchboard
- You actively assist in organizing and conducting events and meetings
- You assist in handling cases of travel without a valid ticket
- You perform administrative tasks and participate in projects
- You support other departments as needed (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
Your profile
- Three years of full-time education at the business school
- Very good user skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- Integrity, discretion, independent and resilient personality with precise working style
