• Relevant training and experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wines, and beverages.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and promote a team.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Very good German and English skills
