To strengthen our service team in the Fontaines region, we are looking for

GAS SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Your tasks – varied and responsible:

• Meet the expectations of our customers both technically and by maintaining a quality customer relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction
• After a training and introduction period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of installations in the geographic area
• Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in full compliance with contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and people
• As an ambassador of our company’s image, you advise your customers, including on sanitation matters
• You also support your colleagues in external sales in the context of installation sales
• You also periodically ensure on-call service

Your profile – technically competent, personally convincing:

• Committed to service quality and endowed with excellent customer relations, you have a professional training (with a CFC certificate) preferably in the field of electricity or another technical trade; training as a combustion controller (ARPEA) or a federal diploma is an advantage
• Your team spirit, commitment and taste for challenge are assets that will enable you to succeed in your role and evolve within our company
