Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
You report to the SPA Director. As a SPA Therapist/Receptionist, you are an ambassador of the Guerlain brand, its history, values, and expertise. You are a Beauty Expert (facial & body aesthetic expertise). Your daily tasks will be as follows:

Spa Therapist:

• Ensure perfect mastery of protocols, methods, products, services/rituals, and the Guerlain history of our Beauty Experts.
• Manage the flawless implementation of personalized treatments (diagnosis, program construction, treatment customization, recommendation).
• Create an extraordinary treatment experience for each of our clients by performing Guerlain rituals.
• Establish a lasting relationship with clients by building loyalty.

Receptionist:

• Ensure client reception according to established procedures and standards.
• Provide a warm and personalized welcome to each client, taking into account their habits and companions.
• Present the hotel's services and promote them to various clients.
• Prepare client billing and explain it to the client.
• Handle received emails (acknowledgments, responses, follow-up, etc.).
• Manage the telephone switchboard.
• Ensure that Spa Guerlain is always clean and properly organized.

Qualifications

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Experience: You have a diploma in massage or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Personality: Hospitality sense, rigor, keen attention to detail, and excellent team spirit are the main qualities sought for this position.
• Languages: Must speak, read, and write French and English. A third language would be a plus.
• Availability: As soon as possible.
