HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Benchmark cost and revenue performance across international fleets
- Monitor lifecycle costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Support budget planning across fleets and regions
- Coordinate cross-functional input and track KPIs and cost initiatives
- Drive accountability by mapping responsibilities and timelines
- Communicate risks and align expectations with stakeholders
- Translate complex data into clear insights for use in management decisions
- Improve processes and develop scalable tools/templates
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar
- Strong MS Office skills; Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus
- Fluent English
- Ability to quickly grasp and work with technical concepts related to trains and maintenance operation. You should be comfortable discussing technical aspects with specialists
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Skilled at balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Strategic mindset: thinking in roadmaps, not just tasks
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and with structure
