Tasks

Passionate about aviation and eager to turn strategy into action? This internship offers hands-on exposure with the Corporate Development team, where you’ll help translate strategic frameworks into execution and contribute to dynamic projects that deliver real business impact.

Strategy Support

• Contribute to strategic execution, collaborating with relevant departments.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives with data aggregation, analysis and visualization.
• Conduct trend and market analyses and benchmarking.

Department Support

• Facilitate and prepare executive briefings and presentations for relevant meetings.
• Support the drafting of general presentations and board documents.
• Prepare and coordinate team meetings, events, workshops and offsites.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual with a strong interest in airline operations, who can quickly get up to speed and proactively support our team. You will work in a strategic environment covering a wide range of topics, offering an exciting workplace at SWISS.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Education. Ideally in Business, Strategy, Aviation, Tourism, Engineering or Management-related studies
• Enrollment for the internship period or as gap-year internship between two degrees
• High data literacy, ability to analyze, structure, interpret and visualize data to support strategic decision-making
• Understanding of financial concepts and their application in strategic context
• High affinity for strategy work and airline environment
• Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and initiative
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in team
