Psychiatric Nurse HF 40-80%

Our psychiatry team consists of 6 members and

• is responsible for outpatient care in our catchment area
• plans and organizes the core business independently
• can arrange working hours individually
• has no supervisors but rotating tasks and roles within the team
• selects new colleagues themselves
• is based on freedom combined with self-responsibility

Your task

• As a psychiatric specialist, you take over the care, nursing, and preventive support in the field of psychiatry for our clients at home.
• You conduct needs assessments and collaborate with doctors and hospitals.
• You carry out medically prescribed measures, advise relatives, and document the care process.

Your profile

• Diploma training as a nurse HF with a focus on psychiatry
• Several years of professional experience as well as Spitex experience are an advantage
• High social and professional competence
• You like to take responsibility
