The position is initially limited to 6 months due to a sick leave replacement. How long the assignment will last is currently open – an extension is possible depending on the situation.
What you will move with us
- You answer telephone and written inquiries from patients as well as from internal and external offices
- You coordinate outpatient and inpatient stays and ensure correct written documentation of our patients
- You plan and schedule consultation appointments and ensure a smooth process
- You take on various secretarial tasks and support the team with administrative and organizational activities

- with your completed training as a medical secretary
- if you ideally already have experience in medical secretarial work
- with your confident handling of MS Office and common communication tools
- through your independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- with your discreet and trustworthy manner – especially in dealing with sensitive patient data
